| | Please read the following for credit application terms and agreement. All applicants approved for credit will be governed by the following: - Our terms are net 30 days with no discounts.
- A service charge of 1 1/2% per month will be charged on all past due accounts. This corresponds to an annual percentage rate (APR) 18%.
- No shipment will be made to any account, on an open basis, that will cause that account to exceed the established credit limit.
- The amount of credit extended to a customer is subject to change or limitation at any time.
- If an account is beyond 60 days, the account is placed on a COD basis, and will be required to pay for the current purchase plus 10% of the unpaid balance until the account is brought up to date.
- That in the even of non-payment, the person(s), firm or corporations to whom the account was extended agrees to pay all expenses of legal proceedings plus reasonable attorney fees.
- That all statements, including the financial statement, are correct and were provided to Web-Don, Inc. to induce an open line of credit to be established.
- Advance notice will be given to Web-Don, Inc. of any change in the business structure, ownership, etc. That without such a notice the original owners to whom credit was given will remain responsible and liable. Notice to be given by certified mail with a return receipt requested.
- A $25 handling charge will be applied to all returned checks. On all NSF checks not made good within the calendar year, a Form 1099 will be sent along with a copy to the IRS.
- Credit policies are subject to change at the discretion of the credit department. The applicant agrees to abide by the credit policies of Web-Don, Inc.
- Permission is granted to Web-Don, Inc. or its agents to contact all references or any source for the purpose of obtaining credit information. Banks, creditors, or lending institutions have my permission to release any and all information requested.
